What Organisations Can Do to Help Women Utilize Their Strengths

At the start of the week there is a lot on my HR feed about leadership, leadership vs Management and what the differences are. It lead me to thinking about women in leadership roles and I found this a useful article even though it’s not UK based it focuses on how we can help fellow women utilise their strengths.
